Designed by architect Hala Wardé, the majestic Mirabeau Tower is poised to become the new architectural and technological emblem of Marseille.
This exceptional, eco-designed tertiary building demonstrates the commitment of CMA-CGM and Bouygues Immobilier to the harmonious development of the city thanks to pure and elegant architecture, whose bioclimatic envelope is in perfect harmony with the colors of the sky and the sea.
Developed in BIM with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks solutions by the HW Architecture agency and EGIS and Equans engineering, with the technical management of Bouygues Immobilier, the project relied on cutting-edge technologies ensuring fluidity of exchanges, serenity and security everyone's daily life.
“All digital” has made it possible to obtain high environmental quality, as well as to design services and spaces adapted to uses, such as the e-concierge or the Sky Lounge which promote conviviality and whose views are breathtaking. From Mirabeau, the view extends to the horizon, for a radiant and limitless future.
