EDMA optimizes its production resources and installs all of its teams in a brand new 6.300 m² building, located in Puget-sur-Argens (Var).
The new head office and the new production and logistics unit were officially inaugurated on Thursday June 29, 2023 in Puget-sur-Argens.
Sébastien NEGRE, President of EDMA, accompanied by Jonathan MALAGNOUX, Chairman of the Board of Directors GREHAL SA, by Mrs. Julie LECHANTEUX, deputy for the 5th district of Var, by Mr. Jean-François MOISSIN, 1st deputy mayor of the city of Puget-sur-Argens and representative of Mr. Paul BOUDOUBE, Mayor of the town and Mr. Gérard CHARLIER DE VRAINVILLE, Vice-President of Estérel Côte d'Azur agglomeration and representative of Mr. Frédéric MASQUELIER, President of Estérel Côte d'Azur agglomeration , together cut the ribbon formalizing the inauguration of the very modern EDMA premises, at the end of construction carried out in just 2 years.
Many other local political figures made the trip to support EDMA in this process. Their suppliers and partners also joined the event.
The building, located in the brand new Pierre Maurel activity zone in Puget-sur-Argens and directly accessible from the A8 motorway, now houses both the head office as well as the production means and the logistics unit.
EDMA was able to realize its projects and create 37 jobs while actively taking part in the economic dynamism of the South-East Var region.
This relocation, in addition to historical means of production, was an opportunity for EDMA to install new machines allowing the internalization of know-how linked to the manufacturing of its products. This is how the company offers building finishing professionals a growing number of hand tools made in France.
With this new key stage in its history, EDMA continues its evolution and development, which began 86 years ago, while demonstrating more than ever its attachment to the values of innovation and quality that are dear to it.
