Hellio has launched its web series, with the overall renovation of a condominium in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (94) at the heart of the subject. After two first sequences devoted to the inventory and the energy audit, discover the third episode of this meeting: the work scenarios and its different financing.
Poorly insulated and heated with oil, the co-ownership, which is looking for energy renovation solutions, called on Hellio for support in carrying out the work and putting together its CEE Energy Savings Certificate file. The objective: to help co-owners by allowing them to benefit from energy renovation aid offered by the State.
In this 3rd part, Emma, research manager from the design office integrated into Hellio, Akéa Énergies, presents the results of the energy audit carried out to our financial engineer, Emilien Rouault. Objective: to define the best work scenario so that the residence achieves maximum energy savings and benefits from state aid.
