Today, we're meeting Gaëlle at ArcelorMittal France's Mardyck site. Following her final-year internship, Gaëlle was hired in the R&D department, then in supply chain. Over the past 15 years, she's consistently driven her career progression by expressing her desire to seize numerous opportunities and explore different roles.
Gaëlle is now in charge of the production of future electrical steel lines, she is responsible for a team of 160 people to develop the industry.
