In the heart of La Défense, KONE is supporting the modernization of the elevators in one of the iconic towers of the business district, as part of one of the largest projects in Europe.
👉19 elevators modernized while the building remained operational and its occupants could continue to function.
👉 A partial modernization of the elevators, allowing the existing landing doors, cabins and arches to be retained
👉Completely redesigned cabins with premium materials and a bespoke design
👉Connected equipment and predictive maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted traffic
Beyond the technical aspects, this project illustrates what drives Kone on a daily basis: extending the life of buildings, improving the user experience and preparing infrastructures for the uses of tomorrow.
