LA CHAPE XXs® is a ready-to-use lightweight screed. Lightened by virgin expanded polystyrene beads with controlled granulometry and coated with EIA additive (diameter 2-3 mm), it is also fiber-reinforced and has high-performance mechanical properties for the renovation of difficult or sensitive substrates.
The XXs® screed is designed to lighten structures (twice as light as a traditional screed), to insulate and to thermally and acoustically treat the different types of existing supports in collective buildings and individual houses in new construction or renovation, to create bonded or unbonded screeds, insulating screeds and under-screeds, leveling, slope shapes, acoustic insulation against impact noise.
