A mechanically smoothed floor always offers a high-end finish, but when it comes to painting it, it can be problematic. Paint generally doesn't adhere well to this type of surface, resulting in a finish that doesn't last over time. Non-Porous Floor Primer allows you to paint this type of floor without resorting to expensive mechanical sanding. It's quick and easy to apply, has a low odor, and can be covered with most paints, including Laque'sol Époxy®.
