Ventilation pipes are sometimes placed in the roof to dry the timber frame, but this is never a good idea. These pipes let in more cold, humid air than moisture.
In all cases: first, allow the structure to dry thoroughly and verify that the load-bearing structure is still sound. Water can cause concrete reinforcement to rust and wood to rot. Only then can you begin rebuilding with PIR insulation panels, for example. These panels absorb virtually no moisture. Moisture, however, negatively impacts the material's insulation value and the overall lifespan of the structure.
