Welcome behind the scenes of a major timber construction project in Brittany, where innovation and environmental performance come to life. In the Rennes region, the Legendre Group is bringing together its timber-related activities within a single industrial hub, encompassing the manufacture of timber frames, insulated timber-frame facades, and modular timber construction.
Two out of four cells in this industrial site are entirely dedicated to the group's new industrial activities, promoting synergy between trades and a cross-cutting approach to wood construction.
This 24.000 m² complex illustrates the group's expertise in timber construction and relies on the expertise of partner companies, such as Face Atlantique for waterproofing and cladding.
To meet the challenges of insulation and performance, Face Atlantique therefore called upon ROCKWOOL, whose solutions ensure protection and energy efficiency for the building envelope.
