80 years of history, and family businesses that span generations. Since 1946, SOCODA has supported members whose stories unfold over the long term, driven by women and men committed to growing the legacy entrusted to them.
In this new profile, SOCODA gives the floor to François Bellion, head of Belmet. Alongside his brother Antoine Bellion, he represents the 5th generation at the helm of the Bellion Group, a family business founded in 1902.
At just 28 years old, François took over the reins of the company with his brother. Together, they took on the challenge of keeping alive more than a century of family history while preparing the group's future.
In this testimony, François discusses the responsibility of succeeding the generations that preceded him, the strength of the family collective and the importance of trusting his teams to support the development of the company.
He also shares the role played by GROUPE SOCODA in his career as a leader and the value of a network that supports its members in key moments of their development.
