14th out of 35 boats. This is the result of Team ORCOM at the Banque Populaire Grand Ouest 2026 Trophy, led by Tiphaine Ragueneau and Pierre Leboucher after 4 days of racing.
This result is a solid performance, as Tiphaine points out at the finish: "A very complete race, with varied conditions. An intense and challenging event […] positive for the future."
But what will remain etched in our memories isn't just the ranking. It's also the recollections of the Orcom sailors who embarked on the Figaro ORCOM during the last two coastal races in the Bay of Concarneau. There was no sporting competition, but rather a spirit of rivalry among the skippers.
Under a beautiful sun, in the conditions of a real race - boats around, maneuvers to hold, adrenaline in the air - Anne-Sophie Hernot, Yoann Vabret and Anna Robert experienced this adventure as an immersion.
Well done to Tiphaine and Pierre. And well done to the Orcomians with their sea legs.
