Sustainable real estate: let's stop the hype and (finally) take action

Sustainable real estate can no longer be a box to be checked in a CSR report. It must become a reality for everyone: owners, landlords, and co-owners. It's neither a luxury nor a choice. It's a collective emergency.

Three pillars, one mission

Build better. Renovate faster. Live differently. This triptych must guide our actions. For too long, real estate professionals have worked in silos: the architect here, the design office there, and the co-owners lost in between. The result? Construction sites that drag on, budgets that explode, and climate commitments that stall.

It's time to tear down these walls, figuratively speaking, of course. With an integrated approach, we must support co-ownerships from A to Z: collective energy performance certificate (EPC), energy audit, financing plan, mobilization of aid, and renovations. We don't promise the dream. We deliver results.

Digital as an accelerator

Good intentions aren't enough. Effective tools are needed. Thanks to technology, we can now prioritize energy renovations, model long-term savings, and, above all, unite co-owners around a shared project. Digital technology isn't a gimmick. It's a strategic lever for successfully achieving the ecological transition in real estate.

What are we waiting for now?

The collective energy performance certificate (DPE) will become mandatory for co-ownerships starting in 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to roll up your sleeves and launch ambitious projects. Those waiting for a hypothetical relaxation of the rules risk wasting time... and money. Because yes, sustainable real estate is also a good investment: it enhances the value of assets, reduces expenses, and attracts buyers.

The know-how is there. The tools are there. The funding exists. All that's missing is the will.
