We discover professionals who have never written a line of code in their lives, and who today develop apps independently with tools like Claude Code.

Real estate agents who challenge their own expertise about a property.

Individuals who consult models like ChatGPT before even contacting a professional.

What's changing isn't just the technology, it's:

• The speed at which it spreads,
• The extent of its adoption,
• And the democratization of a power previously reserved for a few experts.

Today, anyone can test, simulate, explore, and this is changing the rules of the game. The real estate sector is no exception.

What AI is really transforming: the real estate process

By disrupting the way we buy and sell real estate, AI is revolutionizing an entire process that we thought we knew by heart.

In practical terms, on the ground:

• Owners arrive with an estimate generated in seconds via general or specialized tools.
• From the very first exchange, real estate agents produce well-reasoned price simulations based on actionable market data.
• These same documents are then fed back into AI by clients to challenge, refine, and complete them.

The level of information increases on both sides… and the balance shifts.

The end of the agent/seller asymmetry and the beginning of a new balance of power

For a long time, real estate was based on an information asymmetry that is simply disappearing.

Today, individuals and professionals have access to the same tools, the same data, the same analytical capabilities, with "power users" on both sides.

This is not the end of professionals, who still have a strong added value to offer, but it is another model that is being created.

Disintermediation or augmentation: a false debate?

In theory, one could imagine a fully automated transaction: a buyer, a seller, objective criteria, an algorithm that finds the perfect balance and a transaction completed in the blink of an eye.

But the reality is different, because real estate is not a perfectly rational market.

Indeed, how can we model the feeling about a neighborhood, the perception of potential, the psychological timing of a buyer or seller?

AI is not intended to replace this - however, it forces professionals to become better, more demanding, and rationalizes the balance of power.

Towards a new standard in the real estate sector

With AI, approximations and amateurism are a thing of the past, since there is naturally:

• Greater rigor in the analysis,
• Greater transparency in the recommendations
• More consistency in pricing.

And that's excellent news for the sector!

Indeed, the real estate sector has everything to gain by becoming more professional, strengthening the quality of service and restoring the image of its players, which is not always impeccable.

An individual opportunity above all

Each of us is faced with an accessible technology, already widely distributed, and which is improving day by day.

The real question is therefore individual: do we seize it?

Buyers, sellers, professionals: today everyone can develop their skills, learn, test, make mistakes, start again, even without any prior knowledge.

For industry players, the issue is no longer adoption, but integration.

Artificial intelligence won't replace real estate professionals… but it will eliminate those who don't adapt. Failing to embrace it now is no longer a neutral act: it means risking failing to leverage all available resources to serve your clients.
