Inadequate housing affects 4 million people in France according to the Housing Foundation[1]. Among these poorly housed, 350.000 are without a fixed home, the rest are affected by growing energy insecurity and unsanitary conditions within social housing itself, which is supposed to compensate for these inequalities.
