Technibloc, building for tomorrow

The Technibloc solution, launched in 2005 by the Technibloc Economic Interest Group (GIE), has established itself as a cutting-edge solution for sustainable construction.

A pioneer in terms of low-carbon characteristics, Technibloc already met the requirements of RE2020, almost two decades before it came into force.

For 20 years, Technibloc has contributed to the reducing the carbon footprint of buildings by combining innovation, performance and sustainability. The solution saves water and cement while helping to reduce the strain on construction sites thanks to its unique technical characteristics:

• Optimized carbon footprint : -10 kg eq.CO2/m² / FDES;
• Responsible manufacturing : a 100% mineral solution and a no-cook manufacturing process;
• Sustainability : 100% recyclable, with some versions incorporating up to 20% NF GR recycled aggregates.

Furthermore, Technibloc stands out with a composition integrating local aggregates from the regions where they are produced.

This approach favors short circuits, thus limiting transport distances and significantly reducing CO2 emissions across the entire value chain.

In a few numbers : Since the start of marketing in 2007, the GIE Technibloc has sold nearly 345,000 tonnes, or more than 15,680,000 Techniblocs and more than 1,9 million m2 produced.
