Created in 1962, SEAC specializes in the manufacture of floors and walls in prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete and pressed concrete. SEAC develops a wide range of innovative products, and offers systems that provide technical, thermal, seismic and environmental acoustic solutions for all types of construction: individual houses, strip housing, collective housing and tertiary buildings.
The solutions proposed for the different systems meet the requirements of thermal regulations and guarantee insulation by treating thermal bridges. With 26 production sites and a sales force made up of technicians supported by an efficient design office in each factory, SEAC offers real operational proximity on the national territory.
SEAC offers thermal and acoustic solutions with its lightweight, low-carbon flooring. It has developed hybrid wood-concrete floors made from bio-sourced materials, which are low-carbon and manufactured in France.
