Tabelio is a new tool to automatically generate plot reports.
By recently setting up the service for automatic creation of multi-plot reports, Géofoncier responds to the need of real estate professionals, land developers, and notaries to simply and quickly access all land and regulatory information, based on references cadastral registers and generate the report to be integrated, for example, into their transfer act.

All this data is collected automatically by Tabelio on different platforms such as the Geoportal, the Urban Planning Geoportal, Géorisks, the SPDC... and is formatted in a complete and readable report by both the notary and his clients.
Upstream, it attracts the attention of the professional by highlighting the information which has a legal impact (urban zone, nature of land plot, etc.) on the validity of the acts.
The tool thus limits oversights by providing as much information as possible automatically, from the pre-contract stage.

The cartographic portal initiated by the Order of Surveyors-Experts called GéofoncierEXPERT, provides notaries with all this information at the level of the cadastral plots throughout France that are most useful for the management of their transfer or inheritance files. Géofoncier provides notaries with data from expert surveyors, accessible nowhere else: the DFI data, Computerized Filiation Document, useful for reconstructing the history of old plots.
