The Reverso system is an innovative, lightweight, low-carbon, bio-sourced Post-Slab construction system that combines the qualities of wood and concrete to create buildings that are scalable, adaptable, and convertible: spaces can be modified without affecting the building's structure and can be converted from offices to housing (and vice versa) without structural constraints.
Thanks to the use of bio-based materials and the saving of materials, particularly concrete and steel, the REVERSO system makes it possible to build low-carbon footprint buildings, capable of meeting the RE2025, 2028 and 2031 objectives. This system offers great freedom in the choice of added facades, while respecting regulatory standards in terms of acoustics, fire resistance and seismicity.
Right up until the last minute, the layout of residential or office spaces can be adjusted to suit the needs of future users. In fact, the distribution of surface areas is customizable until the end of construction and can be easily modified afterward.
