Using data from the electricity grid and weather forecasts for more ecological and economical operation of the heat pump is what GreenMode offers, a feature of the patented ÖkoFEN regulation and innovation: by receiving in real time the carbon weight and price of electricity (spot contract) as well as weather forecasts, the GreenFOX heat pump will be able to automatically adjust its operating periods to the greenest, cheapest hours or to prioritize self-production of photovoltaic energy.
A heat pump that can do everything
GreenFOX, a complete boiler room system, ensures thermal comfort for the user throughout the year:
- In winter, high-temperature heating (65°C) is compatible with radiators and underfloor heating.
- Domestic hot water production
- In summer, it produces (reversible) cold to supply a cooling floor or wall.
Regardless of the installation configuration (heating, heating with DHW, 1 or 2 heating zones), the GreenFOX heat pump connects to a compact and "all-inclusive" indoor unit.
A hybrid heat pump
For greater savings and a reduced environmental impact, the GreenFOX heat pump can also be coupled with solar thermal collectors and a solar storage tank, specially designed for the heat pump. All energy systems are controlled by a single regulator, ensuring optimal and efficient installation.
