HORIZON offers energy design offices, real estate agents, builders, construction professionals, town planning agencies, social landlords, forest owners or other large landowners, a pack of data and tools to be immediately operational and benefit fully of land OpenData, the power of cartography and its tools.
Land OpenData serving the knowledge of spaces
The abundance of data released opens up real opportunities for increasing the information available on the ground. However, it turns out that these data are disseminated by different national or regional actors and in different formats, which slows down their exploitation and appropriation.
Based on this observation, SOGEFI has made a selection of data to make it viewable and searchable for the whole of France including the French overseas territories, on a single ready-to-use application called HORIZON, to make them available to professionals looking for better knowledge of land.
Information on all plots in France just a click away
HORIZON, the base consolidating this data, allows access in 1 click to all the data of the plot and its environment. Indeed, the plot sheet provides a wealth of information organized into tabs for online consultation or PDF export.
This descriptive sheet provides information on the selected plot: the legal entity owner, town planning regulations, land rights files: PC, PA, DP, etc., the history of the plots, surveyor files -experts, environmental risks, real estate transactions, etc.
Collaborative cartographic tools for project monitoring
Advanced cartographic features (drawings, measurements, printing, notes) facilitate the monitoring of collaborative projects enabled by the application.
With the COLLECTIONS module, it is possible to create personal geolocated content, sort it by category, attach attachments and share it with all of your colleagues.

For some, providing information by clicking on the map is sufficient. For others, it will be more efficient to search for plots using a query form and cross-reference information on PLU, surface area, soil typology or even type of owner. The map then becomes the simple medium for visualizing a result.
Stakeholders can thus select, for example, plots, without premises, with a given type of cultivation, with a minimum surface area of 500m2. This land prospecting is useful for searching for land or wastelands for the identification of land deposits for the creation of housing, the installation of wind turbine fields or photovoltaic panels, or simply for understanding land dynamics.
