The PBM group is an independent French group specializing in the prefabrication of concrete elements for construction and the European leader in prefabricated concrete stairs. Founded in 1978, the PBM group now employs more than 600 people spread over 7 production sites in France, one site in England and one site in Switzerland.
The group is made up of 4 divisions:
- Building: with 50 references of prefabricated concrete stairs but also steps, suction chambers and conduits
- Public works / civil engineering: with retaining walls and noise barriers
- Trading: covers, bay sills, PMR thresholds, pillar covers, planters ...
- Industrial building: Eurobéton, the French leader in reinforced, prestressed and architectonic concrete buildings
PBM also offers two other ranges: Escalakit, an easy-to-assemble concrete staircase kit and So Loft, a custom-made metal and concrete staircase, configurable online on the so-loft.com site.
Placing innovation at the heart of its strategy, PBM has an R&D department and two integrated design offices. PBM has also put a digital catalog online to allow architects to download all stair plans, via the BIM platform.
