The fermacell® Therm25™ underfloor heating system meets the highest requirements of modern construction thanks to its many advantages: reduced installation time, a thin structure made of a high-quality fermacell fibre-gypsum floor board, major advantages of a high-performance system.
A fermacell® Therm25 floor panel is designed as a standard grooved dry screed/floor panel for the insertion of underfloor heating or cooling pipes indoors.
Each individual element consists of a 25 mm thick Fermacell® gypsum fiberboard, the surface of which is milled according to a special pattern. This allows for easy installation of the elements as well as the passage of underfloor heating pipes.
