Description of the thermal insulation pre-slab
- Prestressed concrete floor system consisting of thin prefabricated ThermoPrédalles® KP1 (minimum 5 cm) combined with a reinforced compression slab, cast on site. The thermal breaks directly integrated into the load-bearing ends on the non-load-bearing edges of the ThermoPrédalles® KP1 ensure effective and uniform treatment of the thermal bridge at the floor/facade junction.
- The different possible combinations of ThermoPrédalles® thicknesses and compression slab heights make it possible to create floor assemblies ranging from 18 cm to 25 cm in total thickness.
- Benefiting from a wide range of accessories, the ThermoPrédalle® KP1 system can integrate related functionalities (free edge formwork, network passage, reservations, etc.)

Treatment of integrated thermal bridges
- ThermoPrédalles® KP1 are delivered on site ready to install, with their thermal breaks directly integrated.
- The connecting reinforcement cages with the peripheral chaining, integrated into the ThermoPrédalles®, limit the quantity of steels to be added on site

- The optimized industrial design of ThermoPrédalles® KP1 allows them to span large spans
- Compared to a traditional floor, with an equivalent thickness you will cross a greater span, or with an equal span the floor will be less thick
Soffit ready for finishing work
- Elements prefabricated in the factory on specific decks, the KP1 Pre-slabs have a smooth and neat underside ready to receive the finishing work
- The joints between ThermoPrédalles® can be treated as soon as the floor is stripped with the appropriate joint product
