Precast sill, buried structural element

The sill is used to surround the platform of an activity building or other building.
- Supports an admissible load of up to 1200 kg/m depending on the section.
- Can be used with all types of walls: solid concrete, traditional or insulating masonry, timber frame and metal cladding.
- The sill is to be considered as a secondary seismic element within the meaning of article 4.2.2 of NF EN 1998-1

- Positioned on the periphery and/or in building partitions, the sill can be associated with a floor or paving. The sill is a support for cladding or masonry walls
- The sill distributes the loads it supports;
