EXPERTIMA Technologies has developed a process called NTO which uses the coupling of Calcéo / Expertima anti-limescale, and a separator / clarifier to continuously remove the descaled sludge, without human intervention and without chemicals.
No more accumulation of sludge and the use of chemicals in the heating water circuits, which can cause leaks in the networks, which must be compensated by regular water supplies, a potential source of sludge.
The concept carries out several operations in ONE:
gentle descaling and descaling with the Calcéo / Expertima Anti-limescale physical process
descaling and automatic sludge removal, treatment of internal corrosion of pipelines with the NTO clarifier
