The atmosphere of the 4-star Hotel Casa Bianca al Mare in Jesolo (VE) is distinguished by the historic elegance of the architecture of the complex, the luxury of the rooms, the attention to every detail and the exclusive services.
The need for customers was to cover the restaurant / breakfast area, located in the square facing the sea of the same name, in order to allow customers to enjoy the best of Italian cuisine in complete tranquility, immersed in an atmosphere romantic, while enjoying the view of the sea.
All this, according to the standards of a luxury accommodation establishment like this, where the integration of the cover must be as much as possible in harmony with the pre-existing building. The solution proposed by the PMO office immediately proved to be up to par, even by the Superintendence of Venice.
Interfacing by the Arch. Rosario Picciotto of Studio RPC8 who designed a modular structure made up of 5 modules of Kedry Prime, a bioclimatic pergola; to obtain the result of coplanarity, the columns were moved back 2,5 meters, studying a system of tie rods placed on the upper part, which maintain the balance of the cantilever beam.
The structure is closed by Line Glass panoramic glazing which - thanks to the (tailor-made) removal of the pergola posts - has also been installed "flush" on the outside of the structure. A "light" structure is thus obtained which does not clutter the space and facilitates communication with the external environment.
The last technical detail, but no less important, concerns the integration of the posts into the washed gravel pavement. The solution makes it possible to mask the joints, for greater cleanliness of the lines and an impeccable design, as well as to bring the evacuation of the water below the level of the finished floor, for a faster and more efficient maintenance of the whole structure.

Bioclimatic pergola KEDRY PRIME
Modular aluminum shading structure equipped with adjustable blades fixed on an upper perimeter profile that allows it to rotate up to a maximum of 135° thanks to the insertion of tubular motors, and equipped with perimeter gutters that allow water to flow out.
The maximum authorized dimensions are 500 x 705 cm with a post height of 300 cm and a coverage area of 35,25 m2 for each module. The modularity is unlimited on all sides. The profiles are made of extruded aluminum alloy EN AW-6060 (with 16x23 cm guides and 16 x 16 cm columns). Freestanding or wall-mounted versions are available, fixed to the wall by means of brackets and stainless steel screws. The parts concerned by the lacquering are painted with epoxy powders based on polyester resin.

Among the options offered there are other colors and the possibility of lighting, both internal on the slats and the upper perimeter, and external on the upper perimeter as well, thanks to the installation of LED strips. In addition, the inclusion of light sensors, rain sensors and anemometers is offered with the possibility of remote management through connection devices that make it integrable into the home automation system. It is possible to provide for the installation of perimeter sheer curtains, vertical blinds and panoramic glazing.
Wind resistance is guaranteed up to class 6 (EN 13561: 2015).
