Roll-up fabric pergola awning Hydrae Plus

We are in Saint-Cyr-Sur-Mer, in a villa located near the sea, cradled by a sun that is present continuously throughout the year. It is in this context that the large garden terrace, facing south, was fitted out, with the triggering element of the desire to create 3 distinct spaces largely protected from the sun: outdoor kitchen area, space for family meals and a last more dedicated to relaxation. It was important that each module could be managed independently to suit the functions of each space.

Hydrae Plus is a light and versatile structure, equipped with a roll-up fabric in a discreet box and above all with minimal bulk to allow sufficient light to pass through the living rooms of the house.

This is why the company La Menuiserie Calvo proposed to install 2 Hydrae Plus structures, one in double module to create the space in continuity with the kitchen and the living room for outdoor meals and a simple structure, smaller for moments of relaxation.

Indeed, the Hydrae Plus modules are independent in their operation to allow the possibility of sunbathing, awning open on part of the terrace while protecting the table and its guests.

Ultra design the structures were chosen in RAL 7016 FS colors to contrast with the facade of the house. This color, very widespread, is also in harmony with the other architectural elements.

Fitted with a micro-perforated Soltis 92 canvas as well as a roll-up valance, in the same canvas, the Hydrae Plus modules provide this terrace with visual and thermal comfort during the evening hours, which are still hot in summer on the side. South of France.

Very suitable for the coastal environment, it is the ideal compromise between the lightness of an awning and the robustness of the pergola for those who wish to enjoy their terrace all summer long and until the last hours of the evening.
