Prefabricated, this flat roof system integrates all the insulation above the concrete floor on the principle of a warm roof, on the terrace accessible or not, compatible with vegetation or a solar PV installation. It controls the dew point and treats thermal bridges. Composed of beams (LX12), interjoists (EMX) and transverse and longitudinal dB isoruptors, it is placed on the concrete slab with the pouring of a compression slab and the installation of waterproofing layers, without the need to lay a vapor barrier on the underside.
