Le Prefabricated Infrastructure System (SIP) is a simple and 100% compliant solution for construction of foundations. Composed at least of studs and PCS beams (sills), it allowsto assemble, in a single operation, the foundations, the bases and the floor, on any type of terrain.
An innovative solution
Le Prefabricated Infrastructure System (SIP) is suitable for all types of foundations. We have 3 assemblies of the SIP, adapted to your needs:
- The mounting on deep foundations. It is carried out on piles for foundations resistant to any test. Its concrete pad is placed directly on the pile head, or on the piles, if they are of sufficient diameter.
This assembly requires studs and stringers.
- The installation on the property line, which exploits the entire land, thanks to its system of half-plots, allows the house to be located on the property limits.
This assembly requires half-bases, half-studs and stringers.
INNOVATION
In seismic zones 3 & 4, our new SIP system at the property boundary consists of brackets and stringers which ensure the elimination of the risks of destabilization of adjoining buildings while reducing the nuisances of the site.
- The wall mounting, an industrialized solution that is practical to implement. Its prefabricated wall is associated with a traditional base which facilitates the passage of the networks under the stringers.
