Composed of a minimum of pads and PCS beams (longitudinal beams) , it allows for the assembly , in a single operation, of foundations, substructures and flooring, on any type of terrain.

The Prefabricated Infrastructure System (SIP) is suitable for all types of foundations. We offer 3 SIP configurations , tailored to your needs:
- Installation on deep foundations . This is carried out on piles for foundations that are extremely resistant. Its concrete base is placed directly on the pile head, or on the piles themselves, if they are of sufficient diameter.
This assembly requires studs and stringers.
- The property line assembly, which utilizes the entire plot of land, thanks to its system of half-plots, allows the house to be built on the property line.
This assembly requires half-bases, half-studs and stringers.

In seismic zones 3 & 4, our new SIP system at the property boundary consists of brackets and stringers which ensure the elimination of the risks of destabilization of adjoining buildings while reducing the nuisances of the site.
- The wall mounting, an industrialized solution that is practical to implement. Its prefabricated wall is associated with a traditional base which facilitates the passage of the networks under the stringers.
