Description See +Hide
The GF 170 and GF 180 long span beams represent a major advancement in modern construction. Made of prestressed concrete, they offer a high-performance and economical alternative to traditional slabs, meeting the needs of building professionals in terms of span and strength.
- Maximum Spans: These beams can span up to 8,10 meters in single assembly and up to 9,20 meters in twin assembly with props. Without props, they reach up to 6,60 meters in single assembly and 7,80 meters in twin assembly.
- Mechanical Resistance: Thanks to prestressed concrete, they can withstand significant loads.
- Reduced Weight: Their weight is halved compared to traditional solutions, facilitating handling and reducing transport costs.

Economic Benefits
- Cost Reduction: Prefabrication reduces formwork and shoring costs.
- Logistics optimization: Better resource management and reduced construction times.
- Concrete Savings: Significant reduction in the amount of concrete needed, contributing to more sustainable and economical construction.
Adaptability
These beams are versatile and suitable for various types of buildings:
- Residential Market: Ideal for single-family homes and multi-family dwellings.
- Tertiary Market: Perfect for office buildings and other commercial structures.
Environmental Benefits
- Carbon Footprint Reduction: They generate half as much CO2 as a traditional suspended slab.
- Thermal Performance: With an average peripheral Ψ between 0,14 and 0,16 W/(mk), they provide excellent thermal insulation.
The GF 170 and GF 180 beams represent a modern and efficient solution for building professionals, combining performance, durability and respect for the environment.
