Syntesis Acoustic Door is a frame for invisible swing doors, specially designed for reduce noise pollution between the rooms. Each element has been designed to ensure soundproofing of the door.
2 versions are available:
- 30dB: Extraneous noises are covered and you can enjoy a quiet place.
- 34dB: Benefit from ideal sound attenuation for premises requiring great discretion.
Syntesis® Battant has features that guarantee good acoustic performance:
- Isophonic joints.
- An automatic skirting board that stands the test of time.
- Door panels with suitable properties.
Without covering, this flush interior door enhances the partition with its clean, modern lines. The extra thickness of traditional doors disappears to leave the partition on one side perfectly smooth.
- Isophonic joints : Inserted in the side and top grooves of the door, the soundproofing seals prevent noise from circulating between the rooms. They reduce the propagation of sound.
- An automatic skirting board that stands the test of time : Inserted in the bottom groove of the door, the automatic plinth lowers or raises each time it opens/closes thanks to a stop. The rounded and flexible shape seals gaps with precision. The system allows their original acoustic performance to be maintained over time.
- Door panels with suitable properties : The door panels limit the diffusion of noise. Their cores, which are denser than a traditional door, absorb noise by trapping it in the mass.
Syntesis Acoustic Door is made up of a high-strength aluminum frame to be screwed onto a plasterboard partition or to be sealed in a plastered partition. Its passage spacers, in 25 mm OSB, protect the frame from deformation during installation. The connection between the frame and the plasterboards is made by coating the ribbed profiles with adhesive mortar, for a perfect finish of the angles, without cracking. The frame is sold alone or as a door unit with the panel and hardware. For partitions with a minimum finished thickness of 72 mm (non-standard heights available: 2104, 2204, 2304, 2404). No intermediate heights.
