SOUCHIER-BOULLET is launching its latest eco-responsible solution on the market: the CONTROL BOX - Class A BMS Supervisor (meeting the requirements of the tertiary decree and the BACS decree), a tool for the complete optimization of a building's energy systems, which requires no infrastructure.
Marketed under the GENATIS brand, this supervisor enables energy savings through better control of existing equipment from a simple internet browser and provides comfort to occupants.
In order to enable complete and efficient management of all of a building's installations, the CONTROL BOX has been designed as a single supervisor linking the different energy systems. It aims to significantly increase the level of performance of systems such as heating and air conditioning networks, lighting, ventilation, etc. This energy management contributes to intelligent management of resources and better comfort for users through controlled control of their environment.
The CONTROL BOX stands out with a wide range of advanced features to improve the comfort and efficiency of industrial and commercial installations. It offers unprecedented energy optimization, of the order of 20 to 30%, allowing companies to reduce their energy costs while minimizing their impact on the environment. Exhaustive supervision, carried out remotely and in real time of the systems, is based on automated programming and the punctual intervention of operators who can act as needed and based on the analysis of the information collected.
The CONTROL BOX allows energy optimization of a building that can support up to:
• 12 energy zones with control of lighting, heating and air conditioning authorization, destratification,
• 1 heating generator whose operation will be controlled by the heating demand of the zones,
• 80 indoor air conditioning/heating units (reversible heat pumps) with control of temperature settings, operating overrides, automatic restart, etc. Communication with the indoor units is carried out via a multi-brand communication gateway,
• The exterior lighting of the building as well as the lighting of the sign, according to a time program and/or the height of the sun and/or a twilight switch,
• 1 Air Handling Unit (CTA), with Modbus communication (RTU or IP)
• 30 electric meters, 2 water meters and 2 gas meters.
The CONTROL BOX allows easy integration and ensures perfect compatibility with other equipment thanks to its communication with the different standard protocols, LORAWAN, ZIGBEE, MODBUS, MQTT, BACnet, etc.
