Description of the concrete pre-wall
- Wall method with integrated formwork consisting of two prefabricated reinforced concrete walls, connected to each other by stiffeners
- Available in different thicknesses and sizes, it is custom made for your site, depending on your lifting capacities.
- Integrates lifting loops, shoring sockets and, on request, reservations, electric pots, guardrail sleeves and waiting boxes
- Available in IMPAKT Range version: carbon weight of 27 kg eqCO2/m² thanks to CEM III cement with lower clinker content
- No formwork device is required, which allows for rapid implementation.
Field of use of the concrete pre-wall
- All types of buildings: individual, terraced and collective housing, non-residential buildings
- All seismic zones and building importance categories
- All types of works: interior walls of the building and infrastructure, enclosure walls, stairwells and elevators, facade walls, acroteria and walls < 1,30 m, ramp, slanted walls
The advantages of the concrete pre-wall
Play the prefa trump card
- Quick to implement: more than 200 m² of KP1 pre-walls installed in 1 day with a team of 3 people
- Combined with Pre-slab KP1 floors, it guarantees an optimal structural work execution time.
- Ideal for the realization of singular points: blocked dimensions, construction against existing building or in limit of property, veils in infrastructure, possibility of veils all heights (stairwells and elevator)
- The pre-walls can integrate beams and posts if necessary for speed of execution.
Quality assurance
Presents all the guarantees of industrial manufacturing:
- Reliable sizing, controlled manufacturing, guaranteed performance, meticulous finish
- Minimizes the hazards of the construction site: bad weather, simplified phasing
- Less leveling and finishing work
Site safety:
- Factory-integrated safety elements (lifting loops)
- Compatible with the KP1 range of safety implementation accessories: DAK Prémurs (guardrail reception device), fixing sleeves, etc.
- Accompanied by a Secure Implementation Guide KP1 (GMS Prémurs)
