Schöck Isokorb® IQ provides modular anchoring of precast balconies, leveraging the proven technology of Schöck Isokorb® systems. It allows the main building structure to be finalized even before the precast concrete elements are anchored, ensuring a streamlined construction site and more flexible planning.

Planning flexibility facilitates the production management and workload in the prefabrication plants. On site, the flexible installation of balconies save time and reduce costs: no shoring is not necessary and balconies can be put in charge immediately after installation.

Installation: The threaded balcony rods are fixed to a special mounting plate located in the finished slab. The recesses are then sealed with a sealing mortar.
The KB type, on the other hand, places the anchor plate in the balcony. This system allows for the delivery of a fully finished and waterproofed facade before the installation of the balconies, which are
then securely fixed using the threaded rod system and sealing mortar, claiming a smooth and neat finish.
