Lime, an ancestral material used for thousands of years in construction, is at the heart of the design of the range for its many qualities.
Known and recognized for its properties of flexibility, resistance, breathability, aesthetics and sanitation, lime is particularly suited to the requirements of old buildings.
There are two types of lime: air lime and natural hydraulic lime.
Air lime, reacting with air, provides a lot of flexibility and permeability to water vapor.
It is more suitable for thin finishing plasters.
Hydraulic lime, which sets in water, has better mechanical resistance and dries more quickly.
It is more suitable for exterior coatings from the plaster body to its finish.
