Bati CCTP is an online service designed by the CSTB allowing you to easily generate complete, quality CCTPs, from a library of pre-established clauses, for new and renovation works. It also allows you to write and edit the CCAP and the Act of Commitment for the same construction operation, both for public works contracts and private ones.
The CCTP specifies the technical provisions necessary for the performance of the services provided for in the contract, it makes it possible to monitor the performance of these services. It contains on the one hand the description and location of the works and on the other hand the technical specifications of the project. The purpose of the CCTP is to make known the general program of the operation and to define the works and their mode of execution.
Bati CCTP allows you to:
- Create a project and manage the lot(s) of this project:
▪ creation, modification, deletion and duplication of a project
▪ management of project parameters
▪ creation, modification, deletion and duplication of a batch
▪ management of the layout of Word exports (CCTP, CCAP and Act of Commitment) of the project.
- Access the contents of pre-established clauses in the form of a hierarchical library organized by trade.
- Select one or more clause(s) and personalize them online depending on the project: modify or complete the clauses and descriptions, move or duplicate a clause, export/import a clause from one project to another, add a location, insert a complement, insert a personal clause.
- Create and manage your own database of personal clauses usable for all projects, with the possibility of moving and numbering them within each project.
- View in real time the constitution of the batch and the sum of the clauses selected and personalized by the user.
- Consult the full text of the technical and regulatory framework cited in the clauses and descriptions if the user is a Reef subscriber.
- Export at any time to Word the selected and personalized clauses with numbering and automatically generated cover page for the finalization of the project and the edition of the CCTP, the CCAP and the Act of Commitment.
- Generate the DGPF in Excel format.
- Be informed of new developments related to the different batches processed in Bati CCTP thanks to the Bati CCTP home page.
Bati CCTP includes a library composed of:
- models of Acts of Commitment and CCAP to choose according to the type of market (public or private);
- models of pre-established clauses for general specifications and technical requirements. This part constitutes a framework that you will have to complete online to adapt it to the operation concerned;
- models of pre-established work descriptions. It includes the descriptions of the works of the different lots, allowing you to quickly establish the Descriptions part of the CCTP
The purpose of the CCTP is to publicize the general program of the operation and to define the work and its method of execution. The Act of Commitment (AE), the Specification of Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) and the CCTP (Specific Technical Clauses) are 3 written contractual documents intended to be part of the Consultation File for Companies for a works contract.
