Bati CCTP + Chiffrage is an online service designed by the CSTB allowing you to easily generate complete and quality CCTPs, from a library of pre-established clauses, for new and renovation work.
It also allows you to draft and edit the CCAP and the Commitment Act for the same construction operation, both for public works contracts and private ones. Finally, it allows you to cost your operations.
Bati CCTP + Encryption allows you to:
- Create a project and manage the lot(s) of this project:
▪ creation, modification, deletion and duplication of a project
▪ management of project parameters
▪ creation, modification, deletion and duplication of a batch
▪ management of the layout of Word exports (CCTP, CCAP and Act of Commitment) of the project.
- Access the contents of pre-established clauses in the form of a hierarchical library organized by trade.
- Select one or more clause(s) and customize them online according to the project: modify or complete the clauses and descriptions, move or duplicate a clause, export/import a clause from one project to another, add a location, a quantity, import a price from the BatiChiffrage© price library, insert a supplement, insert a personal clause, insert images and tables.
- Create and manage your own database of personal clauses usable for all projects, with the possibility of moving and numbering them within each project.
- View in real time the constitution of the batch and the sum of the clauses selected and personalized by the user.
- Consult the full text of the technical and regulatory reference cited in the clauses and descriptions if you are also a Reef subscriber.
- Export at any time to Word the selected and personalized clauses with numbering and automatically generated cover page for the finalization of the project and the edition of the CCTP, the CCAP and the Act of Commitment.
- Generate the DGPF in Excel format to attach it to the DCE or to obtain a cost estimate for the project.
- Be informed of new developments related to the different batches processed in Bati CCTP thanks to the Bati CCTP home page.
Bati CCTP + Encryption includes a library composed of:
- CCAP and Commitment Act models to choose from depending on the type of market (public or private).
- Pre-established clause templates for general specifications and technical prescriptions. This part constitutes a template that you will have to complete online to adapt it to the operation concerned.
- Pre-established work description templates. It includes the descriptions of the works of the different lots, allowing you to quickly establish the Descriptions part of the CCTP The CCTP aims to make known the general program of the operation and to define the works and their method of execution. The Commitment Act (AE), the Special Administrative Clauses Book (CCAP) and the CCTP (Special Technical Clauses Book) are 3 written contractual documents intended to be part of the Business Consultation File for a works contract.
