SurfaShield C is applied to porous surfaces and breaks down organic stains and pollutants, prevents microbial growth, purifies the air, eliminates odors. By exploiting the surrounding light, the treated surfaces become self-cleaning and self-sterilizing.
On surfaces treated with SurfaShield C, bacteria, viruses, molds, gaseous pollutants, odors, stains, black traces of pollution all decompose and turn into harmless inorganic compounds. Thus, the application surfaces remain actively clean and healthy.
SurfaShield C makes water slide over a surface; a super-hydrophilic which can be supplemented over a waterproof water repellent protection such as SurfaPore, while allowing the treated support to breathe completely without modifying its appearance or forming a film.
SurfaShield C also acts as an air purifier as it breaks down harmful organic substances such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), car exhaust and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
