Planibel Easy is a self-cleaning glass. Thanks to its unalterable pyrolytic layer activated by UV, its surface destroys the organic deposits that settle there. The rain then carries away the dirt.
This special layer, incorporated into the top layers of glass at the time of production, is virtually invisible. Its effect on organic matter is activated by the action of the sun. If it is slow to rain on the glass surface, a simple jet of water is enough to wash away the dirt. Allow about five days of UV action on the glass for optimal results. The drudgery and maintenance costs of windows and skylights are greatly reduced with the use of Planibel Easy in a double-glazing assembly.
Planibel Easy is available in two versions: Planibel Easy Clear on Planibel Clearlite base glass and Planibel Easy blue on Planibel Dark Blue base glass. Finally, it can be combined with low emissivity and / or solar control glass in double or triple glazing.
It is mainly found in the residential sector, for verandas, winter gardens and roof windows.
Planibel Easy is also suitable for facades that are difficult to access.
It has been independently tested according to EN1096-5.
