Low-Carbon Planibel Clearlite float glass is used as a substrate for the production of Low-Carbon Stratobel Energy, Stopray and iplus insulating glass units, Low-Carbon Stratobel laminated safety glass and Low-Carbon Stratophone acoustic laminated glass.
It displays a carbon footprint (GWP) of 5.5 kg of CO2 eq./m² for a 4 mm thick glass. The global warming potential (GWP) is expressed for the impacts from cradle to gate (A1-A3) as defined in the NF EN 15804+A2:2019 standard.
Low-Carbon Planibel Clearlite is available in 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm thickness. This float glass is made in France.
