Very high efficiency double flow mechanical ventilation unit ideal for large housing areas and private tertiary premises (offices, classrooms, etc.).
The power plant Flair 450 is a double-flow controlled mechanical ventilation unit (VMC), the most efficient in its category, with high efficiency (92% according to EN13141-7 and PHI) with the lowest motor consumption on the market (0.20 Wh/m3 according to EN13147-7 and 0.25 Wh/m3 according to PHI).
Its operation ultra quiet ensures acoustic comfort.
The power plant Flair 600 with an air flow of 600m3/h maximum:
- High thermal efficiency: 92% according to EN 13141-7 and 90% according to PHI
- Motor consumption: 0.25 Wh/m3 according to EN 13141-7 and PHI
The plant is equipped with technology of constant flow fan : DC centrifugal reaction reaction fan with backwards inclined blades equipped with an anemometer ensuring very precise air flow measurement. Its maximum ventilation capacity is 450m3/h. This device is particularly suitable for large housing areas and private tertiary premises (offices, classrooms, etc.).
The Flair 450 is available in a 4/0 right and left version.
The device is equipped with a heat exchanger high efficiency counter-current and cross-flow plastic material. A model equipped with an enthalpy exchanger is also available: it provides a more comfortable indoor atmosphere in summer and winter (hygrometry). Anti-freeze protection with an integrated electric pre-heater as standard is used to prevent freezing in the heat exchanger and guarantee balanced air flow at temperatures <0°C.
Stale air and incoming fresh air are filtered by 60% IC filters (G4). Optional: EPM1 50% (F7). The device is equipped, as standard, with a 100% automatic bypass.
