Description See +Hide
The SEACOUSTIC 3 floor system offers excellent acoustic and fire-resistant performance. If required, it can be used to improve the sound insulation of dwellings and easily address thermal bridges at the wall-floor junction.
Its weight of approximately 220 kg/m² instead of 500 kg for a solid slab allows for significant savings on the building structure, both financially and in CO2 emissions.
The SEACOUSTIC 3 system is a versatile solution that can be used in the case of a flexible floor covering or in the case of a tile screed on a resilient material.
Most produced:
- Total thermal bridge treatment
- Complete elimination of the thermal bridge while respecting building requirements
- Perfect finish
- Versatile solution
- The system is referenced in the "Qualitel Acoustique reference guide" published by CERQUAL, which lists construction solutions that enable compliance with acoustic requirements.
- Low carbon
- Bio-sourced
- Compliant with environmental regulations
- Light
- Perfect finish
- versatility
- Simple implementation
Characteristics CheckHide
- The SEACOUSTIC 3 floor is a hollow-core slab floor made of joists and a bio-sourced EBS slab. It has a negative CO2 emissions FDES (Environmental and Health Declaration).
- Thanks to this system, you reduce the quantities of steel and concrete to significantly reduce greenhouse gas (CO2) emissions compared to a solid slab.
- The application rate of bio-based products is between 7,50 and 9,50 kg per m²
- Low carbon (3 times less steel and 2,5 times less concrete than a solid slab)
- Carbon footprint: 20,2 kg of CO2 per m² of floor space (including suspended ceiling) instead of 52 kg for a solid slab, i.e., 2,6 times less
- The biogenic carbon content will be 3.44 kg C/m² in the product, i.e. 12.60 kg CO2 eq/m² biogenic stored.
