Description See +Hide
Brink Climate Systems, provider of complete systems double-flow ventilation, combines its high-efficiency double-flow CMV units with an efficient air distribution system to ensure quality installations and optimize the performance of its power plants.
The air distribution of a double flow controlled mechanical ventilation consists of:
- air distribution ducts
- distribution boxes
- accessories for air intake and exhaust
The Brink Air Excellent System air distribution system is a network of semi-rigid food-grade HDPE ducts treated with antistatic and antibacterial agents. The ducts are semi-circular (for a minimum space requirement) or circular intended for double-flow CMV systems used in the residential sector.
In the context of the TÜV SÜD test, the following elements have been taken into account:
- Low pressure losses (thanks to its semi-circular shape compared to a conventional system)
- Perfectly airtight system
- Antibacterial and antistatic properties
- No spread of harmful substances
- Easy maintenance and cleaning
The ducts of the Brink Climate Systems air distribution system are arranged in a star instead of the usual arrangement of branched ducts.
Each room thus has its own connection to the distribution box:
- There is no risk of sound transmission between the different rooms
- Pressure losses are limited
- Balancing air flows is simpler and faster
