NCH "A New Concept for Housing"®
The NCH construction process is based on the industrial production of construction elements made from NF-certified autoclaved cellular concrete.
These advanced construction elements are marketed under the brand
PRECIMUR NCH®
Beyond their basic function (load-bearing wall elements insulated in the mass), these construction elements integrate the construction rules applicable to each building project treated, whether they are individual houses, ERP or tertiary buildings meeting specific regulations or a particular architecture (see examples of NCH achievements in the appendix).
The NCH construction solution thus makes it possible to offer on the construction market not just any component manufactured in series, but a KIT of construction elements specific to each project handled (See the detailed presentation of the NCH construction process in the appendix).
To achieve this objective of flexibility combining industrial production and product customization, PRECIMUR NCH® construction elements are produced on automated production lines specifically developed for the NCH project.
The constructive elements "PRECIMUR NCH®" are made from large autoclaved cellular concrete blocks (Thermopierre) pre-assembled and machined in the mass in order to adapt them to their function in the construction (load-bearing elements, thermal breaks, lintels, etc.).
The cellular concrete used by NCH France SAS is NF certified and benefits from the European NATURE PLUS label®
