Tabelio is a new tool to automatically generate plot reports.
By recently setting up the service for automatic creation of multi-plot reports, Géofoncier responds to the need of real estate professionals, land developers, and notaries to simply and quickly access all land and regulatory information, based on references cadastral registers and generate the report to be integrated, for example, into their transfer act.
Géofoncier compiles all open data and expert surveyors distributed throughout the territory and scattered relating to:
To town planning: Detailed town planning report, heritage atlas, land rights authorizations notified since 2017, and official town planning information note for the municipalities of Paris, Toulouse, Nantes, Montpellier, Metz, Rennes, La Rochelle , Clermont-Ferrand, Saint-Etienne, Cannes, Boulogne-Billancourt, Asnières-sur-Seine
In the land register: Model 1, owners, cadastral extract, survey document and filiation, aerial photo…

Cadastral history with land units
At risks: Georisks and PPRN-T, ERP, BASIAS, BASOL, ICPE, PEB, radon, etc.
To the environment: Geolittoral, Protected areas (ZNIEFF, NATURA 2000, etc.)
At sales values since 2014 (DVF)…
All this data is collected automatically by Tabelio on different platforms such as the Geoportal, the Urban Planning Geoportal, Géorisks, the SPDC... and is formatted in a complete and readable report by both the notary and his clients.
Upstream, it attracts the attention of the professional by highlighting the information which has a legal impact (urban zone, nature of land plot, etc.) on the validity of the acts.
The tool thus limits oversights by providing as much information as possible automatically, from the pre-contract stage.
A considerable time saving for clerks and notary assistants
Géofoncier prevents these professionals from having to enter the redundancy of access and repetitive entries on various data portals and thus saves precious time for each of the documents drawn up. For example, notaries prepare their report in 3 minutes instead of 45 minutes to 1 hour.
