The SBZ 151 Edition 90 bar machining center is a 5-axis machining center designed for flexible and efficient manufacturing of thin-walled aluminum and steel profiles. In order not to damage the profile surface, all working operations such as milling, drilling, tapping, notching and sawing are carried out on a fixed profile bar. In this way, involuntary traces can be avoided.
With an updated and contemporary design, the SBZ 151 Edition 90 bar machining center also has a redesigned software interface making the user's work easier, thus bringing fluidity and ergonomics during the manufacturing processes.
With machining lengths between 6 and 30 meters, the SBZ 151 Edition 90 allows the processing of particularly long parts. The new clamping clamps adjustable in height and in width and this, in a simplified way, allow optimal clamping of the profile in each machining phase.
