The Chamber of Real Estate Diagnosticians (CDI) leaves the FNAIM and reaffirms its independence in the face of the challenges of energy and ecological transition
The Chamber of Real Estate Diagnosticians (CDI) announced on November 26 its decision to separate from the National Real Estate Federation (FNAIM), a development that responds to an expectation widely expressed during its General Assembly held yesterday, and to the current imperatives of the profession.

Land sobriety: the Order of Chartered Surveyors launches a qualifying training course open to all stakeholders in regional planning and the living environment
Last July, the Order of Chartered Surveyors presented 17 proposals for "an effective and humanly acceptable land sobriety trajectory" at the conclusion of its National Land Sobriety Conference. Among these was the establishment of a complete and qualifying training course on the application of the Zero Net Artificialization trajectory, open to professionals in the land use planning and living environment sector.
