IRICE is an independent certification body, accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17065 standard.

Our mission: to guarantee, in complete impartiality, the real ecological performance of projects through a structured, traceable and verifiable evaluation.

IRICE acts without accumulation of functions:

IRICE is also authorized by the BRE to carry out BREEAM® assessments, in strict compliance with its independence.

Effinature® – Biodiversity certification with high operational value

Effinature makes it possible to certify the effective consideration of biodiversity in a real estate or development project.

It is based on 6 fundamental requirements:

BPS – The Biodiversity Performance Score for ESG

The Biodiversity Performance Score (BPS) is a certified environmental indicator issued by IRICE.

It allows real estate, financial and institutional players to:

• track the biodiversity performance of a project or portfolio
• meet SFDR requirements, green taxonomy, ESRS E4, Article 29 LEC
• justify a tangible contribution to an ESG or SRI strategy
• secure consolidable environmental commitments

BREEAM® assessments by IRICE

IRICE is accredited by the BRE (Building Research Establishment) to carry out independent BREEAM® assessments.

These missions are strictly evaluative, carried out outside of any AMO or consultancy
