Batinfo: Can you tell us about Once For All?

Christian Domange: It all started with Attestation Légale, created in 2010. At the time, the construction sector was facing increasing regulatory pressure, and companies were spending a lot of time managing their administrative documents.
The idea was simple: to allow companies to upload their documents once and easily share them with their clients. It immediately met a real need on the ground.
Very quickly, Attestation Légale established itself as a key player in compliance. Then, several French solutions—Actradis, Viaco, Sywa, Batis, Hivéo, and Déclaration Légale—joined us. Each with its own expertise, but with the same goal: to simplify and improve the reliability of compliance in a sector that has historically been very fragmented.
What's important to emphasize is that this evolution has involved the entire ecosystem: businesses, professional federations, and also public authorities. The state has played a structuring role in clarifying the rules and supporting the digitalization of the sector.
The change in scale came with the merger with the British group Fortius. It was at this point that Once For All was born as you know it today, with a broader ambition and a European presence.
Today, our platform rests on three interconnected pillars: compliance, site data, and the marketplace, to create business opportunities. The goal is to connect companies around reliable data and secure the entire subcontracting chain.
A few figures illustrate this dynamic:
- Nearly 200.000 businesses are part of the Once For All network.
- 1,8 million documents verified by 2025, with checks carried out by experts.
- 130 million lots published on our marketplace,
- and approximately 60.000 calls handled each year by our support teams.
Batinfo: What are your latest news?
Christian Domange: From sourcing to construction, our priority remains the same: to enable our clients to manage their operations with complete confidence.
In concrete terms, we have recently invested heavily in our on-site stakeholder management solution, which stems from Sywa's expertise.
Why? Because the context has changed. Measures to combat illegal work are being strengthened, and clients need reliable tools to guarantee the compliance of those working on their construction sites.
Our stakeholder management solution was specifically designed to address this challenge. And today, as you've likely heard, these issues have only intensified.
We have therefore launched a new, more modern and comprehensive version of the solution. It integrates more features, and above all, a mobile experience designed for field teams.
In practical terms, this allows for clear, real-time visibility of the people authorized to work on a construction site, regardless of its size.
The objective is simple: to make the daily work of teams easier, to strengthen vigilance on the ground and to help companies meet their control obligations.
Batinfo: Can you tell us about your future projects? How do you see the future for Once For All?
Christian Domange: Our ambition is clear: to become the trusted network for the construction industry.
Today, businesses need reliable, accessible, and contextualized data to make quick decisions. That's what we're aiming to build: a living network that's useful every day.
We also work extensively on on-site execution. How can we reduce administrative friction? How can we secure access to construction sites? How can we avoid roadblocks right from the start? These are very real challenges for our clients.
There is also a major issue surrounding ESG. Expectations are rising, and so are regulations. We want to support companies in evaluating their partners and monitoring their commitments.
Finally, we will continue to develop our presence in Europe, while maintaining a local approach. This is essential to remain relevant in each market.
Ultimately, our role is evolving: it is no longer just about managing compliance, but about making it a real lever for performance, trust and sustainability for the entire sector.
Batinfo: At BIM World, you're highlighting a range of startups across the entire project lifecycle. What's the rationale behind this selection, and what do you hope to demonstrate through this 'ConstructionTech village'?
Christian Domange: What we want to showcase through this village is, above all, our strong commitment to innovation in the sector. This has been part of Once For All's DNA from the very beginning.
It's important to remember that solutions like Attestation Légale, Actradis, Sywa, and Viaco were originally start-ups. They were created to address very real, real-world problems, using approaches that were new at the time.
We have retained that spirit. Today, Once For All has changed scale, but we keep that agility, that speed, that ability to innovate quickly, while relying on significant investment and development capabilities.
At the same time, we have a highly developed partnership culture. We open our APIs and are very present in the construction ecosystem.
Our presence at BIM World is fully in line with this dynamic. And above all, it's an opportunity to meet start-ups, stay up-to-date on innovations, and identify potential synergies.
What we want to show is not an integrated offering or a closed model, but rather the richness and diversity of solutions that are emerging today in the sector.
And this reflects our positioning well: a player deeply connected to innovation, capable of both drawing inspiration from it, structuring it, and amplifying its reach on a market scale.
