To begin with, can you explain to us how this partnership between ELCIA and Eldo came about?
Edward CATRICE: “Like all our partnerships, it is above all a story of men! I was in contact with Oplead before it was taken over by Eldo in 2022. This is how I was put in contact with Jean-Bernard.
Our meeting happened naturally. We share common values and in particular the desire to simplify the business of our users. This partnership makes complete sense. »
Jean-Bernard MELET: “It was even obvious! We have been talking with Edouard and Franck COUTURIEUX (President and Founder of the ELCIA Group) for over a year. The feeling was instantaneous and the idea of becoming partners arrived very quickly. We quickly worked on a common roadmap.
This alliance was requested by our users. ProDevis and Eldo are often the two main solutions they use. Connecting them will simplify their daily life!
Eldo specializes in customer relations and e-reputation for construction, with a strong presence in the Joinery and Solar Protection market, in which ELCIA is an expert. Half of our industrial partners operate in this sector and a large proportion of professionals using Eldo are also equipped with ProDevis. Since the first day, many told us to exchange with ELCIA because we looked alike. »
What benefit does your partnership bring to the Joinery, Blinds, Closures market?
Edward CATRICE: “Initially, we will focus on simplifying the management of customer reviews for our 22.000 ProDevis users. This is an expectation that regularly emerges from our annual satisfaction surveys. Through this partnership, we have the opportunity to leverage the best in the market to bring new features and additional value to our customers. »
Jean-Bernard MELET: "ProDevis users will be able to get customer reviews easier, faster and therefore more regularly! This is an important lever for them when we know that 90% of individuals rely on online reviews. Reviews allow installers and brands to promote the quality of their work to their prospects. »

ProDevis and Eldo will therefore soon interface. How will this connection work?
Benjamin Tarrier: “Initially, priority is given to the management of customer reviews. The ProDevis / Eldo interface is planned for the 1er 2024 quarter. Thanks to this connection, once the carpenter has completed his project in the ProDevis carpentry estimate software, he can directly generate a request for an opinion from the individual. The latter will be sent back to Eldo to leave his opinion on his site, his professional and the brand installed. »
Jean-Bernard MELET: “A first version was delivered in April so that the installer can export a file containing his ProDevis contacts directly in Eldo format. This export avoids him having to manually re-enter each of his ProDevis contacts in Eldo: he avoids a weekly task of several minutes! With the ProDevis / Eldo connector planned for 2024, this operation will be fully automatic! »
